Lisa has over 15 years of experience working in children's mental health residential treatment, including Clinical Director of Pioneer Youth Services and House of Friendship addictions services.
Lisa is certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation.
Lisa has been with Interfaith since 2010.


 


 

LESLIE ALLABY
 

LESLIE ALLABY

Leslie has twenty years of clinical experience counselling couples, children, and individuals struggling with various mental health issues.
Specialized interest and training have focused on EMDR trauma therapy, co-parenting after separation/divorce, anxiety and grief.
Provides Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling and lunch and learn wellness presentations.
Is currently an Accreditation Reviewer with the Canadian Centre for Accreditation.
Leslie has been with Interfaith since 2014.


 


 

NANCY GINGERICH
 

NANCY GINGERICH 

Nancy has a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education and is a certified Thanatolgist.
Extensive experience working with children, youth, and adults in the area of grief and bereavement, terminal illness, and life transitions.
Work has also included teaching a large number of volunteers to work with those facing terminal illness.
Speaker at various national conferences in the area of grief and bereavement.
Facilitates grief support groups provided by Interfaith for children, youth and adults


 


 

FIONA ROTH
 

FIONA ROTH 
MSW, RSW

Fiona has over 20 years of experience working with children and families in various settings including: Children's Aid Society, Ray of Hope, Lutherwood and Kidsability.
Runs the Girl Power groups at the local elementary schools.
Fiona is a Registered Play Therapist. She is trained in Theraplay® (attachment work) and has additional training in trauma with children.
She treats a variety of children's mental health needs and believes strongly in involving families in the treatment process.
Fiona has been with Interfaith since 2012.


 


 

MATTHEW ISERT BENDER
 

MATTHEW ISERT BENDER 
MSW, RSW, MTS

Provides counselling at the local elementary schools, facilitates the Boys R Us groups and the Beyond I Do workshop.
Specializes in narrative work, cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment and play therapy.
Has a love for the community, and believes that a healthy community is made up of healthy individuals and families. He finds it is a joy to walk with people during the transitions and struggles of life as they seek wholeness and wellness.
Matthew has been with Interfaith since 2003.


 


 

Nada Slager
 

Nada Slager 
MA, CP, CCC

Nada has 10 years experience working with families, children and adolescents treating a variety of children's mental health needs as well as parenting concerns.
She specializes in parenting issues,  co-parenting after separation/divorce,  school based trouble, depression and anxiety, work and life stress, relationships and transitions,  & post partum and fertility.
Believes that taking care of our mental health is important; restoring your sense of self-worth, self-care and self-compassion is possible for everyone.
Nada has been with Interfaith since 2017


 


 

Christine Bondy
 

Christine Bondy 
MSW., RSW

Christine provides guidance and support to people going through a number of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, anger, separation issues.
She specializes in various therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectal Behaviour Therapy, Strengths based and Solution Focused therapy.
Christine has been with Interfaith since 2017


 


 

Amy Krug
 

Amy Krug 
MSW, RSW

Amy has over 15 years experience in many different sectors from children to elderly individuals. She has extensive clinical experience working with mental health, trauma, wellness, mindfulness, and yoga. 
She has training and specializes in yoga therapy, DBT, CBT, mindfulness based interventions, narrative therapy and person centered therapy. Amy works from a strengths based perspective honouring the whole person. She enjoys supporting individuals through their life journey and transitions
