This is a play-based group for children ages 8-11 with anxiety, which includes a separate concurrent group for the child's parent or caregiver. Children will learn to recognize symptoms of anxiety, calming strategies, alternate patterns of thinking, and how to face their fears.

This is a life skills-oriented group and is designed for Individuals with developmental challenges. This program is subsidized by the Counselling Collaborative Program.
