MANSHI PANDYA, RP (Qualifying)


As a therapist Manshi will remind you that you are not broken. Will give you room to access your own wisdom. Support you in figuring out what to do. Help you recognize that you are the expert of your own life and remind you that only you know what is best for you. You will work together and collaborate to make the "hard things" easier to sit with.

Manshi works with adolescents, adults and seniors. She has experience working in a variety of setting such as pre-school, nursing homes, retirement homes, homeless shelters (male and female), and other community-based organizations. Her goal is to help people experience relief from anxiety, depression, shame, self-doubt, relationship struggles, trauma, and grief through self-compassion and self-understanding. Based on your needs she can employ various therapeutic approaches to keep the experience as authentic as possible. She utilizes a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT), solution-focused, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and person-centred.
